The idea for EchoVest lived with me for more than a decade. It evolved in fragments — sketches, flashes of inspiration, and constant recalibration. Each clinical challenge forced refinement, as if the idea itself was running an ongoing process of self-correction.

It felt like building a pyramid of thought. Each insight added another block until I reached the apex — the highest point reachable with available tools. With the arrival of advanced AI, that apex transformed into the cornerstone of something tangible.
